We build AI that shows its work.
Mission
Xzenos started with a simple frustration: business software kept adding "AI features" that were really black boxes. Scores nobody trusted, automations nobody could audit, chatbots that guessed. We believe the future of work is not AI that replaces people; it is AI that handles the tireless execution while people stay in command. So we built one shared data model and shipped it into the six places teams lose the most time: sales pipelines, task planning, construction schedules, email, operations, and customer conversations. Every prediction is explainable. Every action is logged. That is the standard AI software should have had all along.
From a three-person lab to a six-product suite
2021
The lab years
Xzenos begins as a three-person applied-AI lab in Austin, building explainable prediction models for operations teams who refused to trust black boxes.
2023
The first product
Estate launches with pilot brokerages; the explainable lead scores that agents could interrogate became the pattern for everything since.
2025
The suite takes shape
Flow, Build, and Signal ship on the same shared data model, and Xzenos completes SOC 2 Type II certification.
2026
The suite is complete
Agents and Converse launch, rounding out the six products: AI that finishes the work it predicts, with a checkpoint and a log for every action.
The rules we build by
Show the work.
If our AI can't explain a decision, it doesn't ship. Transparency is a feature, not a compliance checkbox.
Humans in command.
We build checkpoints, overrides, and logs into everything. Autonomy you can delegate is autonomy you can trust.
Improve quietly.
We aim for small, steady gains week after week, not a revolution announced every quarter.
Earn the boring trust.
Uptime, security, and deliverability aren't glamorous. They're what lets a team sleep fine with automation running overnight.
